3F Home, a chain of luxury furniture and utensils stores, contacted us to identify security weaknesses at two sites in Limassol. We conducted a comprehensive audit that covered not only video surveillance and alarm systems, but also the entire IT infrastructure. The identified weaknesses allowed us to propose a whole range of measures to eliminate them.

As part of the project, the video surveillance system was completely replaced with a more modern one based on Hikvision cameras. Seamless Wi-Fi was partially updated with fine-tuning to improve network stability. We also replaced the wired telephone system by switching from analog DECT to IP using portable Wi-Fi telephones, which significantly improved communication. Push Advertising was automated using Logo! Siemens, which reduced energy consumption.

At the time we were engaged in expanding the network in Nicosia, Paphos, and Limassol, we participated in the development of design documentation for video surveillance systems, Wi-Fi, and telephone communications with the use of proven solutions. We conducted a radio communication simulation of the Wi-Fi network to optimally arrange access points for stable coverage. Our team designed and configured a single network space for the entire chain of stores, which allowed us to create a reliable and efficient IT infrastructure that supports the company’s high standards.
