This is one of our most interesting and large-scale projects. We started work with the finalisation of project documentation to ensure compliance with all safety criteria and to satisfy the customer’s wishes.

We installed structured cabling systems (SCS) and fiber optic networks, and also installed and configured a comprehensive video surveillance system based on Hikvision cameras and the ISS software package within the project. We installed a video intercom system. The main element of the security system is a centralised access control system using Face Recognition technology. Turnstiles equipped with facial recognition terminals have been installed in the reception area, providing convenient and safe access for residents and guests. Besides, an automatic vehicle identification system was introduced, which is also controlled centrally.

Additionally, we implemented automation systems, including lighting control using DALI and KNX technologies, climate control modules, as well as an air quality control system in meeting rooms and multifunctional spaces. We paid special attention to user comfort and provided good Wi-Fi coverage throughout the building and surrounding area, which allows the users to work freely and efficiently anywhere in the office.
