What equipment do you use?

IP camera. What is it?
An IP camera is a digital video camera that transmits video via Ethernet and TokenRing networks using the IP protocol. Each camera has a unique IP address. Such cameras are often equipped with various functions: motion detection, sending SMS notifications, anti-glare function, infrared lighting, etc. The IP camera allows you to view video through a web browser or through specialised software. Access to the camera can be granted to persons with appropriate access rights.
What is the key to the video image quality?
The key element of any video camera is the image sensor, which determines 90% of the resulting image quality. Cameras with a high-quality sensor are usually more expensive, but investing in such a model will ensure that you get the most out of the device’s video recording capacity.
How are IP cameras powered?
Most IP cameras operate on 12V and are connected via a PoE cable. This makes it easy to install cameras in areas where there is no power outlets or distributing boards. IP cameras can be arranged up to 100 meters away from a power source. By connecting all CCTV cameras to a PoE switch, you can centrally power the entire system.
Can I access video remotely?
Yes, you can. All our video surveillance systems have the ability to connect to the Internet. This means you can view a recorded video or live stream from anywhere in the world via the Internet.
Do your cameras have night vision systems?
Yes, they do. Most of our cameras are equipped with a day/night function/sensor, which operates in color mode in the daytime and switches to black and white mode when the light is reduced.
Is it possible to record sound from the camera?
Some models of our digital (IP) cameras are equipped with a built-in microphone. The sound is synchronised with the video signal and transmitted over the same cable.
How are the prices of your services calculated?
The cost of our services is calculated based on the following:

- Cost of installing equipment
- Cost of service and support

Do you provide a hardware warranty and after-sale support?
We provide a manufacturer warranty for all equipment for a period of 2 to 5 years (depending on the model), as well as a warranty for the work performed for at least one year after completion. We also offer post-warranty service.

Our company provides services throughout Cyprus. If your project or facility is located outside the country, we are ready to organise logistics and send our specialists to perform work outside Cyprus.
